The EU4Justice Project was implemented under the auspices of Justice Coopération Internationale (JCI) since its start. However, since January 1, 2021, Justice Coopération Internationale (JCI) merged with Expertise France. Expertise France is a public agency and a key actor in international technical cooperation. It designs and implements projects that sustainably strengthen public policies in developing and emerging countries. Governance, security, climate, health, education… It operates in key areas of sustainable development and contributes alongside its partners to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda.
In close collaboration with French public institutions but also with the European Union, Expertise France responds to the request of partner countries wishing to strengthen the quality of their public policies to meet these challenges. For this, the agency coordinates and implements national or regional projects in the main areas of public action:
• Democratic, economic and financial governance

• Health and human development
Placed under the dual supervision of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Recovery, Expertise France contributes, through its action in the field, to the objectives of international solidarity and influence French and European development policy.
By placing the transfer of know-how at the centre of its action, Expertise France contributes to promoting proven working methods, recognized legal and technical standards, but also a vision of economic development and governance respectful of the rule of law. and human rights.
The work of EU4Justice in BiH continues until August 31, 2021, unperturbed by these changes in close cooperation with our beneficiaries and stakeholders.
