As part of the study visit to Madrid, the delegation of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina visited the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of the Kingdom of Spain. On that occasion, they exchanged work experiences and talked about the possibilities of cooperation and digitization in the judiciary. The delegation of the HJPC of Bosnia and Herzegovina consists of Halil Lagumdžija, president; Aleksandra Obradović, vice president; Željka Fabić, member; Admir Suljagić, director of the Secretariat of the HJPC of BiH; and Hajro Pošković, deputy director of the Secretariat of the HJPC of BiH.
In addition, a visit was organized to the National Court of the Kingdom of Spain, which was attended by a delegation of the HJPC of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a delegation of the Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina led by Minister Davor Bunoza, and a delegation of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina led by Chief Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić. The visit was organized within the EU4Justice project, which is implemented through the financial support of the European Union with the aim of harmonizing the judicial system in Bosnia and Herzegovina with European standards.
