EU4Justice project, in cooperation with CEST FBiH and CEST RS, is organising an online training for judges and prosecutors “Cryptoassets seizure, trends and practices” in aiming to raise awareness of various procedural pathways, legal bases and practice on these newly trends generated by crypto assets and what kind of legal and operational challenges investigators, prosecutors and judges are facing.
The goal of the workshop, that will be held on June 16, 2021 from 13:00 to 15:30., is to foster participants’ knowledge in criminal matters and asset seizure. There will be a discussion on how these crypto assets are diverted by the organized crime and what strategies and operational practices have been developed to tackle this threat.
